I ran/aerobic-walked 9779 aerobic steps this morning. I just discovered this new feature on my pedometer. It only counts the steps when the frequency is higher than 60 steps per minute and the duration is longer than 10 minutes.
I jogged for a full hour, though the pedometer registers me having done 72 minutes of aerobic activity. I apparently burned 316 kcal or 23.5 grams of fat. I covered exactly 4 kilometers of distance though
atomiks only guessed my stride length at 41 cm so I'm not sure how accurate this stuff is.
I'm thinking of going out again tomorrow morning but I'm not sure if I should be resting a day between jogs.
