Fun in the Sun

thebitterguy's house and was treated to a very good time. I got to see a number of people I hadn't seen in a while (nottheterritory, eyebeams, redeem147) and actually meet a couple people that I know or know of only on LJ (anidada, madmanofprague). I had a fine lamb burger with a yummy sauce I can't pronounce, courtesy of thebitterguy. I also saw "Miks" there (who doesn't have a LJ but really should) which was a very good thing. When I was leaving, he was playing HALO2 with madmanofprague and he may still be there.
I had a number of great conversations about gaming, suburban sprawl and video games by Bungie. This is one of the strengths of LJ. You get to meet all sorts of people you wouldn't have an opportunity to otherwise.
I gaveeyebeams a ride back downtown and we had a long conversation about what's happening in our lives seen we saw each other last. Congratulations to you, eyebeams, on your upcoming nuptials.
After all that, I ended up at Andrea's family's place where I ate yummy crepes. Then, Andrea and I went home.
Today, we watch Da Vinci Code Sunday!! At some point, Andrea will finish the book so I can read it. :)
